In May, 12 of Melbourne’s leading CMOs, Heads of Digital, and Heads of Marketing from the financial services sector met to take part in the latest installment of OmniChannel Media’s Executive Dialogue Series.

The executive luncheon was entitled ‘CX in 2016: The Next Phase of Engagement’, the event was hosted by OmniChannel Media in collaboration with Pitney Bowes.
The keynote speaker for the event was Tim Tez, Chief Product and Marketing Officer for MetLife. The event was moderated by Nigel Lester, Managing Director of Pitney Bowes for ANZ.

The dialogue for the luncheon was robust and varied; with attendees discussing the significant impact digital engagement is having on the industry.

The group explored the challenges organisations face as they look to build up their digital platforms, as well as assessing the expectation levels of their customers as they become more attune to living within a digital ecosystem.
