After the success of 2016, OmniChannel Media’s CxO Disrupt series returned to New Zealand for its second year. Taking place in Wellington and Auckland, executives shared their insights on how technology is changing their respective industries. The events presented an opportunity for 300 of New Zealand’s top C-Suite executives from their two leading cities to discuss how technology is disrupting businesses and how this impacts the New Zealand economy.
In association with Intergen and Microsoft, attendees were given four live polling questions that aimed to unearth the biggest factors driving disruption. This covers the challenges of implementing disruption, how to drive staff engagement as well as achieving customer centricity and digital presence. The results were then collated and analysed to provide a commentary on where most New Zealand businesses see themselves on their digital journey.
