For many Governments around the globe, digital transformation is at the forefront of their technology strategy. As more and more individuals take a ‘digital first’ approach to life, Governments are being forced to ensure the services they provide are digitally enabled.
In Australia there have been several strategies by Government at both State and Federal level to address this issue. Many are choosing to adopt a ‘digital first’ approach to service, as well as look at how Governments can acquire ‘whole-of-government’ technology purchasing solutions to limit waste investment.
